  • Items must be unused, in their original condition, and with all tags attached.
  • Proof of purchase is required.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

How to Initiate a Return

  2. Navigate to your order history and select the item(s) you wish to return.
  3. Follow the prompts to generate a return label and instructions.

Refunds

  • Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days after we receive your return.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges

  • Exchanges are subject to availability. If your desired item is out of stock, we’ll issue a refund instead.

Final Sale Items

Certain items (e.g., sale products, accessories) are marked as final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Damaged or Defective Items
